Email support@automatelyai.com with your account email and a description of the issue. I'll process refunds via PayMongo within 1–3 business days.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Sign in at /account and click "Cancel subscription". Your access continues until your current billing period ends. Takes 30 seconds, no need to email.
Can I request a feature?
Yes! I love hearing what would make the product better for you. Email support@automatelyai.com with your idea. I review all suggestions and prioritize ones that help multiple users.
